Exchange Policy

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact. A proof of purchase or receipt is required to complete the exchange.

Please note that minor weight variations may occur due to the natural characteristics of agricultural organic products. Such variations are considered weight discrepancy and will be eligible for exchange.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in cases of order cancellation within the allowed timeframe.

Once your cancellation request is approved, we will initiate the refund, which will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
